Neodymium magnets of neodymium, iron, and boron (NdFeB) are the stronges of all permanent magnets. Flat pots are a special shape of neodymium magnets with extended holding forces. Please notice our safety precautions. Flat pots are magnets in a steel pot. The strength of magnetism is blocked at the pot side and concentrated at the magnet's side - so flat pots all have tremendous holding force. We offer flat pots with neodymium magnets in six different types - please take your choice: * A-type with a blind hole and countersunk * B-type with a blind hole and cylinder bore * C-type with a threaded stud * D-type with a screw thread * E-type with an open hook * F-type with a closed eyebolt
Neodymium pot magnets are made of a powerful Neodymium magnet sunken in to a steel shell meaning that the north pole is on the centre of the magnetic face and the south pole is on the outer edge around it. The steel pot increases the adhesive force of the magnets giving them an incredible hold for their size. An added advantage of pot magnets is that they are resistant to chipping or cracking following constant impact with a steel surface. These magnets have an M3 threaded stud on the non-magnetic face; pot magnets are also available with countersinks and counter-bored holes.
